A-Z Blogging Challenge and my take on it

In a blink of an eye it happened. I signed up for the A-Z Blogging Challenge.  26 letters of the alphabet spread over the month of April.

Why the heck am I doing this – I’ve enough on my plate as it is and blah blah…. excuses, good and bad pop into my mind. However, I do like a challenge and I hope I can meet up with more bloggers.

Inspiration is what I lack when I’m thinking of blogging. Actually, it goes beyond blogging. Inspiration is missing in many key elements of my life. That spark, ignition, buzz, the thing that gets you going, up in the morning and motivated throughout the day.   As a writer, it’s somewhat essential. So, my theme for these 26 posts shall be inspiration – what small nuggets I can find about me that gifts me these posts and helps my find my twenty-six days of blogging.

Good luck to everyone.

  4. The element of challenge/discipline in writing regularly and the goal of meeting new writers were my two objectives and things I hoped to get out of the challenge last year, and I’m happy to say that the discipline paid off and I met a number of phenomenal writers along the way! I’m coming back for more this year, though I’m hoping for a bit more structure this go around so it isn’t any more hectic than it needs to be!

I look forward to following your blog throughout this challenge! Good luck!! 🙂

  10. Great idea! we all need inspiration in our lives. I will offer this: the book “62Ways to Overcome Blogger’s Block” is an excellent read. Got me out of a funk, enough so that I’m confident signing up for A to Z this year.

      1. I make no money or fame from recommending her book, its just an awesome tool. It’ll wake you up even more. Spoiler Alert! My fave tip is: do a post just of pictures. *and the clouds opened up and smacked me “duh” on the forehead*

  11. Looking forward to reading your other posts! I’m dying for some inspiration, myself, haha! This A to Z Challenge landed right in our family vacation so I’ve been struggling. Hopefully reading your posts will get me back into an improved mindset, despite all the distractions and loss of time! Thanks!
